Alison Youngblood is CEO and Founder of The Goal Life and your next Leadership Coach.  

Alison has 18 years in the Aquatic Industry. Alison is factory certified by BECS Technology, Maytronics, Aquionics, Lonza and Palintest USA. She is a current Aquatic Facility Operator Instructor. She advises aquatic facilities on aquatic operational practices, equipment selection, and risk management. Alison has a Bachelor’s of Art in Communication from University of South Carolina and is currently completing course work toward her Master’s in Public Administration at Clemson University.  Make no mistake about it through, she is a Gamecock Fan!   

On a personal level, Alison is a wife and mother to 3 girls.  In addition to her paying job, she operates a local non-profit in Anderson, SC – First Fight Alliance.  Her community contribution includes running coach, United Way of Anderson County Board Member, Junior Leadership Anderson Advisory Council.

Alison spent the spring and summer speaking to hundreds of pool operators throughout the Southeast about Recreational Water Illnesses.  She is passionate about the health of communities and believes that in her role at Duffield Aquatics, Inc. she has a responsibility to bring this message to as many pool operators/owners as possible so that that preventative measures can be taken to ensure that communities continue to support swimming and that it remains a healthy activity for all!
