It can’t just be the marketing department’s job to make sure your parks department’s brand, identity and vision are portrayed consistently. Everyone on staff has to represent what you stand for in a consistent way. Using Apex Park and Recreation District as a successful case study, we will explore why and how they updated their agency’s identity, brand messaging and website, and how they got the whole staff to buy-in. You will walk away from this webinar with the knowledge and confidence you need to get your entire department on the same page when it comes to verbally and visually representing your agency to your community, press and public officials.
