    Molly Sullivan, is the Certification Manager for the National Recreation and Park Association. In this role Molly provides assistance to professionals who are currently maintaining their professional certification, or seeking to obtain certification.  Molly received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from George Mason University. She has been working for and volunteering with historical and agricultural parks in Northern Virginia for most of her life. Molly currently volunteers as an adult leader for the Hoofers and Heifers 4-H Club, out of Frying Pan Farm Park in Herndon, Virginia, furthering her passion for educating youth and the public about agricultural traditions.

    Pamela Sloan, CPRP

    Parks, Recreation and Library Services Municipal Resource Group, LLC

    Pamela Sloan has over thirty years experience providing parks, recreation and library services to communities in Kansas City, Missouri and Stockton, California.   While with Kansas City Parks and Recreation she was a Regional Manager and with the City of Stockton as the Director of Community Services which included library services

    Pam retired from the City of Stockton and a past member of the Board of Directors for the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA).  She, too, serves as a NRPA visitor Chair for the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies.   Under Pam’s leadership the City of Stockton became the first city in California to achieve the NRPA accreditation.  She has been instrumental in the reorganization of park and recreation departments for both Kansas City and Stockton.  As Director of Community Services, Pam transitioned the Stockton Library Services Department with the Parks and Recreation Department into one department known as Community Services. 

    She has been on the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Board of Directors and currently a member of the USTA Northern California Board of Directors. Pam is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional with the California Park and Recreation Society (CPRS) as well as the National Recreation and Park Association.  She, too, served as Past Chair for the NRPA Certification Committee and remains a member.  In addition she has served on the CPRS legislative committee, NRPA Awards Committee and NRPA Hall of Fame Committee.

    Karla Kelley, MS, CPRE

    Regional Manager, DC Department of Parks and Recreation

    Karla Kelley is a distinguished leader with a successful 20 year history of working at the intersection of community needs and assets, programmatic and policy solutions. Karla is the interim Therapeutic Recreation Manager with DC Department of Parks and Recreation and has worked for the department for 2 years.  She is responsible for the  programmatic, administrative and fiscal oversight of a citywide therapeutic recreation program,  She is a Certified Park and Recreation Executive and holds a Masters degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University. Karla's passion has culminated in more than 20 years of  professional work experience in the field of youth development, education and recreation management. Karla serves as a member of National Recreation and Parks Scholarship and Award Committee.

    Prepare yourself to sit for the CPRP certification exam by taking the CPRP practice exam! The Practice exam questions are currently based on the previous CPRP exam content outline, but are still relevant and are comparable in style and design to the current CPRP certification exam. Once you first access the practice exam you have 60 days to complete it and unlimited opportunities to pass it. You will receive both the correct and incorrect answers to the questions you answer so that you will be informed as to what areas you may need to concentrate on when preparing for the CPRP exam.
