How to Prevent Child Abuse at Your Facility: Lessons Learned
One thing is certain when it comes to risk management – there is no way to 100% prevent bad things from happening, no matter how careful you are. So how do you deal with the unimaginable when it actually happens? In this webinar, a presentation that has been revamped from a 2019 NRPA Conference session, Darrell Walker and Kurt Knop will tell their story and shed some light on how to keep your aquatics facility and guests safe. In the second of NRPA's Aquatics quarterly webinars, it's part case study, part demonstration, part teachable moment, and part Q&A session. The speakers will also provide references and advice to viewers.
