This talk, featuring Brodrick Clarke, vice president, programs, National Summer Learning Association and Steph Love, senior learning and development specialist, for The Forum for Youth Investment, will guide you through ways to utilize Continuous Quality Improvement tools to ensure high-quality summer experiences for today's youth.

Brodrick has extensive experience working with the K-12 student population, primarily in an out-of-school time setting. He has recruited and trained hundreds of youth workers and volunteers.

As a seasoned professional development trainer, Brodrick incorporates research and best practices with interactive simulations to engage his audience in dynamic learning experiences.

Steph Love

Steph Love is an international trainer, facilitator, coach and outdoor educator with over 25 years of experience leading creative and innovate youth development and outdoor education programs. She had the honor of directing the HighScope Institute for IDEAS, where she worked directly with David and Phyllis Weikart. In addition to her professional experience as an outdoor educator and wilderness guide for the Voyageur Outward Bound School (VOBS), YMCA Widjiwagan and Wintergreen Dogsledding Lodge in Ely, MN, Steph spent 16 years as the co-founder and director of Positive Energy Outdoors, an outdoor education program in Duluth, Minnesota.
