Evaluation, assessment or performance measurement, and research are systematic processes that park and recreation professionals use to better understand the impacts of their efforts on the communities they serve. Chapter 10 is designed to ensure the agency is able to not only measure data but use that data in decision making as well. This overview will cover the required evidence of compliance for each of the six standards as well as provide guidance on the agency addressing the required rubric questions.
