Savannah Richmond has over 10 years of experience in creating efficiencies and fostering collaboration. Currently serving as the Recreation Administrator for Martin County Parks and Recreation, she specializes in streamlining operations, enhancing interdepartmental communication, and creating efficient workflows. Savannah is passionate about uniting teams to deliver high-quality programming particularly in Recreation and Park Operations, through efficient use of sports fields, facilities, and event logistics. She has led numerous successful projects, bridging gaps between divisions to ensure seamless service delivery for the community. With her Parks and Recreation team, Savannah has coordinated efforts to optimize community events, special event permitting, and program delivery, providing well-organized and impactful experiences for the community. She is dedicated to fostering innovation and teamwork within the Parks and Recreation field.
