Lestarya Molloy

Founder

Fridie Outdoors

Lestarya Molloy is the founder of Fridie Outdoors, an outdoor education platform designed for youth and adults to feel joy and confidence outdoors. She works with youth focused organizations to provide a blended learning approach to outdoor recreation. Prior to Fridie Outdoors, Lestarya worked in the tech industry and served as Community Outreach for Intel's African American employee resource group, which provided real world opportunities to youth to gain exposure to projects, and network with professionals.

Stephen Love

Program Manager

Robeson County Parks and Recreation

Dr. Stephen Love is a native of Fairmont, NC, and served as a music educator for the Public Schools of Robeson County for five years. He and his wife, Ashely, now reside in Lumberton, NC, where they have devoted extensive time to building and embracing the heart of our county through educational advocacy, community and career development . Dr. Love completed his Master of Divinity from Liberty University in 2019 and later also obtained a Doctor of Leadership from Liberty University in May of 2023. Dr. Love is serves most recently as the program manager for NRPA L.I.F.E mentoring program and facilitates 21CCLC programming with Robeson county, Parks and Recreation. He is passionate about leadership and community development. He believes that every person has a destination and is committed to seeing such purpose fulfilled.
