Lori A. Hoffner has been inspiring and educating communities across the country since 1997 through her work with a wide range of organizations, agencies, and programs. As a speaker, trainer, and consultant, she focuses on building positive relationships that enhance both internal team dynamics and external customer engagement—contributing to healthier workplace cultures and stronger organizational outcomes.

For eight years, Lori served as an elected member of the Board of Directors for a local park and recreation district in Colorado. During her tenure, she helped shape policy and foster stronger connections between staff, the Board, and the broader community.
Lori delivers dynamic educational workshops grounded in research and real-world practices. Her sessions highlight the power of supportive environments, collaborative relationships, and meaningful recognition. Known for her engaging style, Lori invites participants to explore practical strategies through interactive exercises that inspire immediate action and ongoing impact.

Following the Columbine High School tragedy in 1999, Lori worked extensively with the affected community and has since become a trusted trainer in trauma response and recovery. She specializes in resilience-building and is a certified suicide prevention trainer, serving as a Consulting ASIST and SafeTALK Coach, as well as a Mental Health First Aid and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) instructor.

With a background in elementary education and psychology, Lori also served on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson County Public Schools Foundation. Her work continues to center around supporting communities, enhancing well-being, and promoting sustainable leadership and workplace practices.
