NRPA Research Clinic: Beyond the Basics of Park Metrics

Join NRPA’s Research team for this interactive clinic directed towards intermediate and above NRPA Park Metrics users. Attendees will be given the opportunity to collaborate with peers in a small group work environment as they step through the questions of the Agency Performance Survey, identify and discuss frequently asked questions and challenges, and examine what is new in the 2023 Agency Performance Survey. (*Access to your Park Metrics account required)

By the end of this clinic, learners will have: 

  • Identified issues with inputting or selecting data for reports within Park Metrics
  • Named a next step in using data to solve a problem or educate stakeholders
  • Familiarized themselves with newly included Park Metrics questions
  • Provided feedback on the Park Metrics process and Agency Performance Survey

Melissa came to the NRPA Research team in 2015 with a background in environmental planning, GIS, and government contracting. At NRPA, Melissa helps with producing member surveys and reports, as well as, creating Tableau interactive graphics and ArcGIS StoryMaps. Additionally, Melissa leads work related to NRPA Park Metrics, Facility Market Reports and Park Pulse.
